Claire Crawford

Claire Crawford is a leasing associate with The Trilogy Group, LLC, specializing in retail services with a focus on tenant representation.  Through her background in retail development, Claire has honed her skills thoroughly identifying, analyzing and executing the best opportunities for her clients.  Claire is particulary talented at sourcing off-market opportunities by building relationships with property owners and landlords.

Claire recently joined The Trilogy Group, bringing with her five years of retail experience with national and regional retail clients.  She is well versed in void analysis, site selection, due diligence, and preparing real estate committee materials for national tenants including CAVA, Chipotle, Great Clips, Halvorsen Holdings (Publix), Advance Auto Parts, Outback Steakhouse, Rack Room Shoes, StayAPT Suites, Taco Bell, Valvoline, Verizon, and Wendy's.

Prior to joining The Trilogy Group, Claire worked with Eden Rock Real Estate Partners and Southpace Properties in various development, acquisition and transaction coordination roles. 

Throughout her career, Claire has forged meaningful relationships within the industry gaining a reputation for integrity and hard work.  She has a thoughtful, creative, and detailed approach to site selection and follow-through while always putting her clients first.
